Scott Hayworth wins first 2012 ECMO Classic Motocross race in Wohlen, Switzerland

Scott’s BSA B12 has a new chassis from British specialist Faber Chassis with new geometry and optimized suspensions- HFS system for classic motocross has been optimized after test and experience obtained in both European and British Championships in 2011. Results are very good, and for rider behavior is “absolutely perfect”.

First race of European championship 2012 has been in Wohlen, Switzerland, and Scott dominated both rounds from the beginning, with clear superiority over the other racers.

HFS SUSPENSIONES HAS ATTENDED THE INTERNATIONAL DIRT BIKE MOTORSHOW 2012 AT TELFORD, ENGLAND

HFS Suspensiones has been present in the biggest motorshow for dirt classic bikes taking place in England. We have been by FaberChassis’ stand, which racing motocross bike has won European pre-65 championship with british racer Scott Haywort. He has won also British championship in the same category.

Enduro track test of BMW F650 GS Dakar with HFS progressive suspension system for www.librodelenduro.es

Digital magazine www .librodelenduro.es has tested HFS® system for Trail motorbikes and written this article. Test has taken place in an enduro dirt track, testing in parallel two BMW F650 GS Dakar, one with standard BMW suspension and the other with HFS® system.

The test has been made by a semi-professional raid and enduro pilot, being able to check differences with both models in the same scenario.

MORE VICTORIES IN EUROPEAN MOTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP Pre-65

HFS system test in motocross is going on in European races with Scott Hayworth’s BSA B50 from Faber Chassis Team. In last times it has taken place two races; first was European Championship in Vrigstat, Sweden, in which Scott won both races. Last one has been Trophee des Nations in Holland; Scott finished 1st in first race and 3rd in the second one, after an impressive recover.

HFS SUSPENSIONES EQUIPS FABER’S OFFICIAL RACING BIKE FOR BRITISH CLASSIC MOTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP

HFS has developed a hybrid fork suspension solution for BSA B50 official motocross racing bike from Faber Chassis. First contact between HFS Suspensiones and Faber took place at the beginning of 2011 and after testing different solutions it was chosen one of them to start racing in British pre-72 Motocross 2011 Championship, as well as in European's ECMO.

Launching of HFS for Triumph Scrambler

We have already available our progressive and adjustable HFS® kit for Triumph Scrambler front forks.

With HFS® system it is obtained a progressive response in front suspension, filtering better road irregularities as well as having less dive in braking. Cornering is also better balanced in comparison with stock fork.

By changing pressure in gas elements it is possible to adjust front sag in static condition, being able to have the same position independently of pilot's weight.

Design and development of HFS System for British classic dirt motorbikes

We have started the development of HFS® system for British classic motorbikes such as AJS, Graves, BSA, ... These motorbikes fir original forks but sometimes also from Marzocchi, Ceriani or from spanish manufacturer Betor.

For these kind of motorbikes we do a personalized and taylor made solution for our customer; this is independent of the type of fork fitted in the motorbike, we can study any application; for this we have developed data templates to take simple data from the fork, provided by our customer, being it the baseline for our study and development.

Track test of HFS On-road and Trail versions by spanish digital magazine FORMULA MOTO

Digital magazine FORMULA MOTO has made an intensive test of HFS® Progressive Suspension System both on On-road and Trail motorbikes. In first case it's been used a Kawasaki ER6n and for Trail a BMW F650 GS Dakar. Article also explains basically installation procedure, showing how easy is to convert a conventional front fork suspension into a modern adjustable and progressive one.

Presence of HFS Suspensions in Classic Moto Jarama 2010

In 2010 April 24 and 25 it took place Classic Moto Jarama 2010 exhibition; it was in Jarama Circuir and it was the second call for this important event in speed racing classic motorbikes.

Classic Moto is a must meeting point for motorbikes and pilots, being open to models from 120 c.c. for on-road and competition constructed until 1983. It also took place a driover's parade with presence of miths such as Giacomo Agostini, Carlos Lavado, Phile Read and spanish driver Francisco Rico, among others.
